The Sportsbook Cross-sell Executive role is based within the Digital Operations team focusing mainly on the linkup between Casino and Sport for Grosvenor. The role will report to the Director of Sports and be challenged with growing the relationship between Casino and Sport and delivering on the targets set for cross-sell performance.

Cross-sell is one of the Sports team's key areas for growth and this role will be an integral part of the Sportsbook team.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Grosvenor Casino team to deliver a best-in-class sports cross-sell experience for our customers
  • Ensuring we work closely with Casino, CRM & personalisation team to deliver the Sports message to Casino players at the right time and using the most effective method
  • Regularly review competitors in this field to ensure that we can deliver the best possible customer experience and take learnings from other operators
  • Deliver the long-term strategy for cross-sell customers, creating strong and engaging reasons to return to Grosvenor regularly
  • Trial new Cross-Sell promotional mechanics that will push multi-product play across Grosvenor, analysing the performance of each against a set of objectives for each promotion
  • Constantly analyse and report on multi-product play on Grosvenor. Highlighting the impacts that product, promotional & CRM changes have had on our overall performance
  • Work with the other brands in our portfolio to work on a strategy for cross-selling their customers to Grosvenor Sport for key sporting events
  • Working closely with the brand team to understand what motivates our customers and feeding that into all our team ideation sessions
  • Work with our product team to deliver a best-in-class cross-sell experience, including recommending new cross-sell placements on both Casino and Sports
  • Assist in meeting targets and hitting KPI's set for the Grosvenor Sportsbook.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Proven knowledge / experience of Sportsbook and Casino
  • Passionate about working with others to grow sport performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders and a strong team player
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Data and performance driven
  • Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation.
