To be responsible for successful delivery the of the key transformational project, which will modernise Mecca’s slots estate, making it the best-in-class slots offer, including the delivery, review and refinement of the layouts, and product mix in order to generate incremental sector income growth. 

Develop the strategy to support the transformational project, growing conversion and growth of slots players, whilst providing omni-channel opportunities for all of Mecca Slots customers.

Supporting the venues in driving revenue performance across all products, maintaining best-in-class leading service and product management.

Supporting the slots team and build a customer focused analytics lead approach to performance management, product and game development. 

·       Knowledge and experience of slot yield management, understanding of compensated and random game content, reel based legacy games, high/medium/low volatility games and their impact, roulette and roulette variants, bingo variants and online games.

·       Experience with both TITO and Cash Payout Slots and their collection process

·       Understanding of AMLD, LCCP and Technical Regulations covering Slots, ASA and CAP Guidelines for Marketing of Slots

·       Experience and knowledge of the BA/BGC/Bacta Trade Body Set Limits & APAS Products

·       Experience with Server Based Gaming Platforms and Game Content Delivery

·       A high level of understanding of gaming commercials and rates for all products operated in the sector.

·       Knowledge and experience of dealing with gaming ratios for categories B and C/D Machines, and Compliance restrictions within the Bingo sector

·       Advanced level excel / PowerBi skills are essential

·       Ability to structure, analyses and solve complex problems

·       Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

·       Ability to work effectively with third parties

·       Networking and Relationship building skills
