Job Description

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will have a huge opportunity to make a difference in this brand-new role, working alongside the Head of Revenue you’ll be managing the implementation of the national marketing strategy for our local venues.

You will offer a 360-marketing consultancy to our local casinos, understanding the national revenue strategy and ensuring that central campaigns are executed perfectly at a local level.

This fantastic opportunity is based two/three days a week out of our head office in Maidenhead. The role has regional responsibility and with this, there will be travel involved to our local venues, hence you will require a full driving licence. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Working with the general managers to develop local marketing plans which bring their venue propositions to life, meet their local challenges and drive towards specific venue targets.
  • Engaging with approved suppliers and agencies to seek and resources materials that you require. 
  • Ensuring all venue plans are created clearly and consistently across venues and clear ROI analysis is undertaken on local promotions so that success can be confidently shared and activity replicated across venues.
  • Working closely with the central marketing team to understand the wider brand strategy and ensure that local activity supports and ladders up to central brand goals.
  • Taking ownership of ensuring that the brand standards live at a local level across all channels including in venue and social media channels.
  • Building close relationships with the full marketing team to understand the national marketing calendar and ensure its clearly understood and implemented at a local level.
  • Representing the marketing team at club level to ensure our operational teams are excited and aligned with the brand vision and understand the direction of travel.
  • Making the Brand ‘come alive ‘by being the brand champion and guardian in club.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and implementing a retail marketing strategy. Experience in creating, implementing, and measuring retail marketing programmes.
  • Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders.
  • Worked in an innovative brand team and have clear evidence of delivering success.
  • Understanding and knowledge of retail marketing.
  • Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is an advantage.
  • Experience in a customer-led environment is essential.
  • Deep understanding of retail channel environment.
  • Implemented, developed and understood ROI analysis.
  • Experience in managing a marketing budget.
