To be responsible for the regional delivery of the Grosvenor Casino Slots Strategy, driving slots revenue growth across all venues, managing all performance KPI’s and supplier SLA’s, with the support of the casino operations team and wider E-Gaming team to help you achieve this.

You will help ensure we maintain the highest standards of service, product delivery and safer gambling, whilst supporting roll outs of new products, new initiatives, and refurbs.

• PML Licence
• Substantial Slots operations industry background.
• Proven track record of positively influencing performance of venues and third-party suppliers
• Strong knowledge of PowerBi and all slot based back-office systems including IGS Neon, Novomatic SSG, IGT SBX & Floor-manager, and Blueprint MARs.
• Experience and knowledge of the BA/BGC/Bacta Trade Body Set Limits & APAS Products
• Experience with Server Based Gaming Platforms and Game Content Delivery

• Understanding of AMLD, LCCP and Technical Regulations covering Slots, ASA and CAP Guidelines for Marketing of Slots
