Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering the best and most entertaining player experience?  Do you have a love for all things Bingo? Are you customer focused with a keen interest in data and player trends? Rank interactive is looking for a Head of Mecca Brands to further enhance our players experience on site and in Club

Overall responsibility for the Bingo performance including product and proposition development, daily operations, team management and prioritising collaboration across the Rank business.

Lead a team of dedicated Bingo enthusiasts to deliver on key financial targets and develop the customer experience to create unique and innovative reasons for customers to use Rank Interactive Bingo brands. Work within the wider Rank Interactive team to ensure that multi-product play and the enhanced player experience is at the heart of decision-making.

  • Develop and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the Bingo products across multiple brands
  • Full responsibility for growing the Bingo revenues by working with the Head of Strategic Campaigns to ensure the best player experience and a rounded offering
  • Planning, execution and constant tracking of commercial activities and promotions
  • Ownership of the VF product roadmap to ensure key strategic goals are enabled by new developments
  • Working with VF / Playtech commercial teams to take full advantage of the strong relationship including sponsored promotions and Network offers
  • Stay informed of the latest offerings in the market to ensure that our Bingo products and brands are staying ahead of the curve
  • Integrate web/mobile and data analysis into the core of the business decision-making process with a consistent ‘test and learn approach
  • Managing the Commercial team and relationships across multiple locations (organising internal team structures and coordinating with team managers and HR to ensure optimal teams and cohesion)
  • A focus on developing their teams through the assignment of ownership to team members and developing lessons learnt and what next to drive further improvements
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for expansion, new opportunities or products
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and assist with the company’s responsibilities under safer gambling
  • Support other departments & functions across Rank Interactive in their strategic goals and when called for, initiate, join and drive projects with a laser focus on short-term goals as well as key initiatives across the group

Qualifications

  • Self-driven, curious and eager to make an impact by making things happen
  • Previous Bingo, Marketing, Analyst, Operations and or supplier management is required
  • Experience in a large multi-brand company preferred
  • Experience in driving gaming revenues in the Bingo space is a definite advantage
  • Approach problem-solving in a creative and pragmatic way
  • Great people management skills with the ability to influence others and form strong relationships
  • Able to accept support or insight from others while still being hands-on
  • Leadership skills and a track record of achieving results through managing teams - both formally and informally
  • Knowledge of budgetary and general business ownership in an online environment
  • Experience of Product Ownership and Development, Agile, Programme Management and related methodologies an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM, LTV, customer lifecycles, data analysis, user journeys and a finely polished E-commerce product strategy that drives business growth
  • Proactive management of working relationships and network across large organisations
