Job Description

As the Slots Commercial Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the Slot business and performance within the online Casino. Product and proposition development, daily operations and strong collaboration across multiple functions within the Rank business.

  • Constant tracking of commercial activities and support in the planning for engagement, conversion and reactivation activities
  • Be on top of the communication and promotional roadmap to provide solutions or identify problems and help deliver first in class proposition
  • Work closely with the Campaign, Gaming and Retail teams, to optimise the ongoing strategy and ensure all KPI targets are met
  • Weekly distribution of information to internal stakeholders about the previous activity as well as upcoming game releases in order to identify opportunities for product x-sell and up-sell
  • Break down customer playing behaviours, optimise journeys for different lifecycles and recommend suggestions for personalisation and communication
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape as well as keep an eye for upcoming opportunities for network promotions and new gaming titles and providers
  • Keep track of game performance and influence decisions on lobby positioning by considering activity KPIs and target audience groups
  • Stay up to date with the latest regulations and assist with the company’s responsibilities under safer gambling and ensuring best practices
  • Initiate discussions for gamification and reward schemes to be used for future product development

Qualifications

  • Avid inclination to Slots games and understanding what stimulates a Casino customer is a must
  • Previous Casino Operations, Analyst, Marketing, and/or Casino supplier management is required. Experience in driving gaming revenues in the Casino space is a definite advantage
  • Great people management skills with the ability to influence others and form strong relationships
  • Able to accept support or insight from others while still being hands-on.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM, CLV, customer lifecycles, data analysis, user journeys and a finely polished E-commerce product strategy that drives business growth
