As a Software Engineer you are

• Able to analyse and design web applications specified as stories in backlogs
• Able to build user stories & specifications from UX/UI wireframes
• Responsible for the delivery of features across the full range of technologies used in the software system.
• Having a good working knowledge of software engineering principles and the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Able to work on their own, as well as contribute to the team effort.
• Able to work closely with all members of geographically distributed agile teams to deliver high-quality code.
• Able to participate in all agile ceremonies i.e. Stand-ups, Refinements, Retrospectives and Reviews.
• Able to take an existing piece of work and fix issues associated with it.
• Have a strong affinity for software craftsmanship and a mindset toward Test-Driven Development
• Constantly monitoring new technology trends, frameworks, and approaches that deliver the best possible applications.
• Able to support the ongoing application performance testing, and able to work with squad to make necessary performance tweaks.

Technical skills and hands-on experience with the following:

• C# and .Net Framework
• Java
• HTML and JavaScript
• SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions)
• Open to learning new languages and technologies during platform evolution

We work on a hybrid model and look at coming into the office about twice a week.
