Job Description

·        Fun, friendly and entertaining - introduce personality to our Live Chat whilst being professional and delivering a best-in-class service to our players.

·        Host promotions, pushing promo codes, in line with promotional schedules.

·        Be the virtual face of the brands by portraying the Mascot identity.

·        Engage new Players to the site, explain games, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming environment.

·        Provide assistance to player queries and complaints from the Live Chat Application, Promo Mailbox and social media.

·        Deliver highly interactive, focused chat that caters for a wide range of audience demographics.

·        Work closely and take direction to deliver stimulating on-site content that ensures peak performance.

·        Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating ways to encourage players to play. Report player insights to relevant teams.

·        Ensure the site Terms and Conditions are followed by all Players.

·        Deliver successful promotions – increasing awareness and participation.

·        Generate innovative entertainment ideas that will appeal to all our audiences.

·        Provide expertise and guidance for all on-site product related information.

·        To be familiarised with UK current events, popular culture and breaking news to deliver timely, relevant content to our audience.

·        To encourage player acquisition and retention for our brands via social media and all community channels.

·        To upsell, increase profit and overall customer lifetime value.

·        Assisting Games Team & Branding Team to upload/update site banners and terms and conditions when needed.

·        Creating Chat Games & Tournaments for Bingo Community.

·        Crediting winners of Chat Games and Tournaments for the Bingo & Social Media Game/Competitions.

·        Ad-hoc requirements by the business as needed.

·        Undertake designated tasks that come within the purview of this post or as directed by Management.

Qualifications

·        Knowledge of bingo and online gaming

·        Knowledge of social media platforms and social customer service techniques to create customer engagement.

·        Experience of working in a customer environment.

·        Excellent typing, spelling and grammatical skills.

·        Computer literate (email, MS Office, Internet, etc.)

·        British Culture & Slangs
