Job Description

Working in the slots commercial team to plan and deliver commercial activities, focusing on growing slots revenues across multiple brands and customer segments. Managing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of execution and quality assurance.

Monitoring and reporting on performance across brands, including promotions, player segments, and cost control. Creating and deploying ad-hoc campaigns to react to commercial performance and achieve target KPIs.

Advocating for the customer and identifying opportunities to improve their experience in our communications, on the websites, or through our user journeys. Safeguarding customers by championing Safer Gambling and ensuring compliance obligations are met.

Reporting to the Slots Commercial Manager, working to implement the company’s strategic plans, with day-to-day responsibility for planning, delivery, and analysis of promotions and other commercial activities

  • Plan and manage the execution of slots monthly plans and marketing activities, deploying remedial actions to react to commercial performance
  • Tracking and reporting on commercial performance KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to grow revenues
  • Taking a ‘test and learn’ approach, trialling different promotional activities and sharing knowledge within the business
  • Utilise customer segmentation – including RFM – to identify key customer groups, and drive growth and value within these groups
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of promotional assets and activities by liaising with relevant teams (including design, communications, marketing, and content) to ensure promotions are successful and customer-friendly
  • Quality assurance of all touchpoints and promotions on our websites, and engaging relevant supporting teams to fix and improve any issues, inaccuracies, or poor user journeys
  • Using data analysis to drive the decision-making process, and briefing requirements to stakeholders where a new solution is needed
  • Work with stakeholders including CRM, Campaigns and Proposition Team, HVC, and Product to set commercial requirements for and deliver cross-team initiatives
  • Understand our slots proposition, and work with the Games team to surface and highlight the best content in our slots portfolio and roadmap
  • Champion slots content within the business, understanding what drives customers to play, and what content provides the best experiences
  • Monitor budgets and spend within month, with a focus on driving bonus efficiency, and promotional spend in the correct customer segments
  • Support marketing, proposition, HVC, and omni-channel teams in deploying new acquisition channels, lifecycles, and propositions
  • Stay abreast of market trends, offers, tools, and competitor propositions, and use this knowledge to improve our own slots and promotional offering
  • Stay updated with latest regulations and assist with the company’s responsibilities under safer gambling.

Qualifications

  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to make an impact by making things happen.
  • Previous Marketing, Casino Operations, and/or Casino supplier management is required. Experience in a large multi brand company preferred.
  • Attention to detail, able to use data analysis to pinpoint commercial problems, and execute high quality solutions
  • Creative approach to ideation, developing innovative ideas quickly and effectively
  • Great people management skills with the ability to influence others and form strong relationships.
  • Able to accept support or insight from others, always keen to continue learning and pushing the envelope
  • Stakeholder management skills, able to deliver collaborative initiatives and work in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of budgetary and general business ownership in an online environment.
  • Awareness of Product Ownership and Development, Agile, Programme Management and related methodologies an advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM, CLV, customer lifecycles, data analysis, user journeys and E-commerce
  • Capable of owning projects and initiatives, delivering quality outcomes to agreed deadlines
  •  Proactive management of working relationships and network across large organisations
