Job Description

As the person responsible for creating a team of casino gaming experts in our casinos you’ll need the expertise yourself and a love of sharing that knowledge and experience with others.

You’ll also need to be a customer service fanatic as great dealers excite and entertain their customers as well as having great technical skills. This will include organizing and running training skills for new recruits into gaming or developing the skills of our existing gaming team to be the best they can be. Networking with the casino management teams to understand their needs will be essential and you’ll need to keep abreast of latest developments and techniques in gaming.

You will;

  • Work with management teams to continually improve the skills of our Dealers through assessing and addressing development needs.
  • Regularly monitor dealer technical and customer service skills giving coaching and feedback alongside the casino Team Coaches to help develop their skills
  • Ensure the game pace and house edge are working efficiently to deliver our margin
  • Organise and co-ordinate training schools for the region to train both new recruits and internal transfers.
  • Be involved in the recruitment of new dealers ensuring we hire those with a great customer service ethic
  • Use your training and coaching to drive the growth of our online platform to help us become a true omnichannel business
  • Ensure your training, coaching and behavior promotes compliance with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling
  • Encourage and support greater awareness and vigilance from the team in spotting and dealing with suspicious transactions and problem gambling

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a dealer/supervisor, an expert in all casino games
  • Experience and confidence to deliver training and coaching with great communication skills
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
  • Understanding of how we deliver the correct table margin
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
