Job Description

  • Carry out general post room duties i.e. Organizing parcel couriers, franking post and dealing with staff enquiries.
  • Sorting of incoming post and delivering to the relevant department
  • Arranging contractor client meetings for the cleaning quality checks.
  • Be on hand to assist the cleaning team if needed.
  • Create access passes for new starters.
  • Ordering of stationery, cleaning and vending supplies.
  • Kitchen point re-stocks.
  • Daily monitoring of stock control.
  • Assisting with company events and meetings.
  • Greeting visitors to site when required.
  • Liaise with contractors and arrange any necessary maintenance work to be completed.      
  • Administrating Dynamics accounts system, raising purchase orders and receipting invoices
  • Liaise with the accounts department regarding any invoice queries.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate and at basic standard with MS Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and driven individual.
  • Good communicator and interpersonal skills – both written & verbal.
  • Confident in developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Good organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to be able to work on their own initiative.
  • Flexible and open to new ideas.
