As a Product Manager at Rank Interactive you will be part of the strategic product management team reporting to the Product Director. You will represent market demand, customer preferences and business stakeholder interests in strategic planning and development of the solutions in your area.

You will work closely with other product managers, including your product area lead, on the product development portfolio and roadmaps. You will set the direction for technical product managers and the product squad to maximise customer benefits and return on product development investment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading products, propositions and solutions that delight our online customers and empower teams to work efficiently and effectively
• Own the product development portfolio and roadmap with well-defined initiatives for player experience, responsible for optimizing return on product development investment
• Demonstrate leadership within a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership, and accountability
• Encourage a customer-centric culture of innovation focused on adding customer and business value to our products and services
• Work closely with the Director of Product to define the product vision and design winning product strategies
• Define, communicate and measure KPIs for product performance in your area
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand venture partnerships, brand strategies and customer segments to ensure consistency and platform economy of scale is balanced with brand differentiation
• Capture opportunities and build strong business cases through a data-driven approach to align key stakeholders and development teams ensuring the goals are clear
• Work closely with business intelligence, research and product design to discover, prototype, test and learn to inform product development
• Collaborate closely with Technical Product Manager to maintain a balance of new feature development without compromising the integrity and quality of current solutions
• Provide the overall direction for all phases of the product development life-cycle
• Participate in product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate assumptions
• Ensure compliance with the regulator, privacy and responsible gaming protocols
• Provide clear communication and visibility for the wider stakeholder group to keep them informed of the performance of our products and progress on new development
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategy and execution with marketing, operations and development teams with clear communication surrounding our product releases

Attributes & Skills

• Eligible for permanent employment in Gibraltar
• Three or more years of experience in a consumer facing product management role or equivalent
• Proven experience with methods to understand and improve the customer experiences
• Previous experience and good understanding of lean and agile product development
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience from communicating with senior stakeholders as well as multi-disciplinary product development teams
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work;
• Ability to see the 'big picture,' evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests

Highly Desirable

• Online casino, sports, poker or other real money gaming experience is desirable
• Experience building excellent relationships and communicating with external suppliers;
• Experience from working in a fast changing and fast paced industry and working environment
