To provide a professional and courteous service for food, beverages and ancillary products. The role holder will have full knowledge of the electronic ordering equipment, the tills and the EPOS system and ensure all transactions are recorded. They will ensure that the agreed standards of housekeeping and hygiene are maintained at all times and report any faulty equipment to the line manager.
Key Task Area – Customer Service ·
To be customer obsessed and carry out your duties in a manner that will ensure that all customers have a value for money experience and come back to us ·
To greet and welcome customers in preparation for service in all areas of the Club ·
To be fully familiar and conversant with current promotions and products available to ensure that the customer is able to make the most of their visit ·
To proactively offer and provide a friendly accurate, efficient and prompt service of food and beverages ·
To be aware of daily / weekly targets and ensure that they are achieved ·
To display a friendly and enthusiastic manner at all times, responding positively to all Customer requests in accordance with the Company’s F&B Host Cycle ·
To always ask the customer for their Play Points card and actively encourage the customer to use the card ·
To advise and assist customers in understanding how the Play Point loyalty system works so that the customer is able to make the most of their experience at the casino
Key Task Area – Technical Skills ·
To be able to serve food and drinks in the prescribed manner and to the Company standards ·
To be accountable for all monies and Electronic Point of Sale responsibilities including accurate transacting and handling ·
To be familiar with all stillroom and bar equipment · To regularly replenish stocks so that the customer always has the opportunity to access all products
Key Task Area – Compliance and Administration ·
To be aware of and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation e.g. Liquor Licence, Weights and Measures etc. and inform management of any breaches if they occur. ·
To comply with all regulatory provisions in respect of sanitation, food safety and ensure that we promote an environment that encourages responsible drinking ·
Accurately account for stocks, spillage and wastage ·
To complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules in accordance with the Company requirements
Cocktail Experience is preferable
