Job Description

  • Ensure that all promotional sets up such as bonuses, competition engines amongst others are done in an error-free environment and in a timely manner.
  • Manage day to day operational tasks and issues including but not limited to product, marketing, CRM, VIP and financial analysis.
  • Assist the Business in executing, planning and implementing of campaigns to achieve targets as defined by the KPIs by evaluating its content and ensuring its timely deployment for business benefit (including on weekend and holidays as and when needed).
  • Creation, execution and reporting on bonuses that are run automatically from our back office.  Minimize bonus abuse to ensure promotion efficiency.
  • Ability to take up the ideas of the CRM/VIP/Marketing departments to translate it into copy content to be added on the mailers, sites and communication tools.
  • Put together all campaign elements – content/copywriting / offers and bonus creations for mailers, templates, other levels pop up and message inbox.
  • Work with the Business to create effective customer journeys using appropriate marketing channels.
  • Assist with the integration of new procedures and technology to increase process efficiency.
  • Executing multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS by working closely with multiple stakeholders to manage the process and ensure the message is relevant.
  • To take part in and provide, after constructive discussions, objective reviews outlining potential failure or setbacks in designated campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with all concerned teams on issues with set campaigns, bonuses, offers and on-site promotions.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our Marketing Tools such as Optimove, Silverpop, Taxi, Mobivate, Adobe Campaign (amongst others).
  • Manage and update the landing pages, site banners and Terms & Conditions for each site they are responsible for

Qualifications

  • Understanding of all aspects of an operating platform, including: system configuration, reporting and bonus features.
  •  Knowledge of customer service and retention strategies.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, highly analytical and data driven with a strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of all aspects of an operating platform and CMS, including: system configuration and segmentation.
  • HTML content management experience to intermediate level.
  • Good commercial business understanding - focused on maximising business value from a product and obsessed with optimising a product to achieve the business goals.
