Job Description

These roles will be part of our centralised administrative and communication support function, to ensure excellent customer service for our Venues.

- Delivering consistency and accuracy in compliance, cost management and employment legislation, administration relating to the onboarding of Venue-based colleagues, HR administration, payroll, system management and regional supplier expenditure.

- To work collectively to answer ongoing queries collaboratively and efficiently from the regional clubs, Support Office departments and suppliers/contractors.

- To support the efficient running of the casino’s relation to functional controls and operations administration covering Gaming, Team Payroll and Rotas.

- Controlling and recording expenditure with suppliers, contractors and outside businesses. 

The role will also incorporate working with Central departments on projects, communications and people initiatives, some of which may be confidential in nature and require high levels of integrity. You will also occasionally be required to visit our Venues to support with gaming and hosting operations.

 

Qualifications

Experience within a previous administrative function, ideally within a shared service team for a retail, hospitality or leisure business.
