Job Description

Key responsibilities:

·         Manage a team of Affiliates Managers

·         Recruitment of new affiliates.

·         Account managing a portfolio of existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation

·         Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month on month, and negotiating bespoke commercial deals where necessary to attract additional revenue

·         Managing new projects that support conversion and retention of new & existing affiliates that are onboarded

·         Monitoring, tracking and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity and reporting ROI of campaigns

·         Working with the design and web development teams to deliver marketing assets that optimize acquisition marketing opportunities via affiliate sites

·         Maintaining full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives

·         Creating quarterly affiliate promotions and incentives to keep existing affiliates actively promoting our sites

·         Developing unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters including affiliate industry updates

·         Monitoring and participating in main Affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships – locally and abroad as required

·         Front line contact with existing affiliates – handling queries, commercial negotiations and affiliate support and FAQ responses

·         Report regularly on performance versus plans.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

·         Experience as an affiliate manager for at least 4 years - must

·         Previous experience gained in online gambling/gaming - must

·         Strong experience and understanding of online marketing and acquisition channels in European market - must

·         BA in economics/business management/industrial management - advantage

·         Strong negotiation, networking and business development skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and bring results

·         High motivation and dedication, eager and proactive

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - must

·         Excel – very good level
