We're looking for talented General Managers to join us across South West.
Our business is evolving and we’re looking for people who are up for the challenge of taking our Bingo Clubs on a journey to the future.
As a Bingo business, we have operated in an environment where the key skills needed were revenue extraction and cost control. So, what’s changed? Mecca Bingo is part of The Rank Group and as a business, we’re going through a 3-year Transformation Programme, meaning that we need to shake things up a bit. We’re moving into a period of rapid change and huge investment.
We’re launching a hugely exciting campaign to find General Managers of the future. You don’t need to have a background in Bingo; all we ask is that you have experience of running a site whilst keeping a team motivated and productive, who excite and entertain our players, a growth mindset with a focus on expanding the local customer-base, a passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business that inspires those around them.
You will be responsible for shaping and influencing the business to drive its success whilst acquiring and retaining customers and delivering a memorable experience in a safe and responsible way.
