Grosvenor Casino, Great Yarmouth, is currently looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a part time basis.

You’ll be the warm welcoming face greeting customers, providing exceptional Customer Service and hospitality to our visitors and ensuring they have a great experience with us.

You will be fully familiar with all current promotions, ensuring that the customer is able to make the most of their visit.

You will, with training, be aware of all compliance with relevant legislation and will comply with all regulatory provisions.

Personally respond to customer service needs where appropriate

Ensure by their own professional conduct, a warm and welcoming environment

Be conversant with the club facilities and promotions and advise customers accordingly

Register and process customer admission quickly, accurately and in accordance with company procedure.

To accurately complete, record and file all reception related paperwork.

If you don’t have experience of working in a casino, don’t worry. We’re happy to train you.
