Job Description

The Prosper Group seeks a competitive sales representative to explore new frontiers with experience in digital marketing and government contracting. Additional experience in the political arena would be an asset. The ideal candidate would take the initiative, be hungry to perform, and a results-driven individual. 

  • Develop referral relationships with governmental agencies and vendor partners
  • Identify and lead the conversation with new potential clients (governmental agencies, channel partners, etc.)
  • Qualify and close new accounts
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and communications with new accounts in coordination with other PG staff
  • Manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • At least five years of outside sales experience, preferably in a governmental vendor or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
  • Enjoyment of planning and strategy as well as implementation. We need people willing to get their hands dirty and driven to get things done.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to clearly convey concepts to different stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
  • Flexibility with time and schedule to meet deadlines.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • This position is open to all locations, but additional interest expressed with candidates in the following areas: Texas, California, Florida, and New York.
