Job Description

The Prosper Group is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Operations Specialist looking to join a fast-paced team to help execute and implement strategic plans for the business operations of the company.


An ideal candidate will be a great communicator with 3-5 years of experience working on a marketing team, ideally in team leadership. They would have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including knowledge of best practices for email marketing, digital media placement, and working with outside vendors to accomplish pre-determined KPIs.

This full-time position reports to the Director of Digital Operations and is based out of The Prosper Group’s headquarters in Greenwood, IN. 

REPORTING AND OPERATIONAL SUCCESS.
  • Compile monthly reporting on publishing department financial operations, including but not limited to email, advertising, and 3rd party channels.
  • Compile and analyze publishing advertising revenue to ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Manage daily/weekly/quarterly pipeline reports for company operations to ensure timely project deliverability.
  • Develop company utilization reports by client, staff, and department.
  • Manage sales pipeline reporting with project manager, client strategist, and sales manager.
  • Collaborate with Director of Digital Operations to develop strategic department goals.
CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
  • Work with sales, account services, email, design, and development teams to collaborate in the success of all marketing projects and ensure efficiency of workflow.
  • Assist the Director of Digital Operations in developing and implementing marketing best practices and processes across multiple departments.
  • Monitor and provide specific improvements to internal marketing processes across email, content, and development teams based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work within a marketing team or agency
  • Experience with team leadership
  • Proven success with project management in a marketing environment
  • Self-starter able to begin tasks with limited direction while communicating with team members to get questions answered
  • Strong analytical skills, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Fluent in MS Office
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Ability to adapt to fast pace schedule with ever-changing goals, timelines, and tasks
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred Project Management Process certification
