About the Role

We are a leading QSR looking to employ an Aggregator (Research & Sourcing) who will play a key role in building our direct farmer engagement and strategic sourcing capabilities. This opportunity involves in -dept market research, Frequent travel across Nigeria and cultivating strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish direct sourcing channels with farmers and agricultural cooperatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and price analysis to inform and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Undertake regular travel to key agricultural regions to negotiate terms and develop a robust network of suppliers.
  • Provide timely and insightful reports on market trends, supply chain efficiencies, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sourcing activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in research, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the agricultural sector.
  • Demonstrable skills in market analysis, negotiation, and building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers.
  • A strong willingness and ability to travel extensively within Nigeria and work directly with agricultural producers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
