Job Description
- Coordinate the activities of all projects, project staffs and project managers
- Planning and Defining Scope of projects with project managers
- Planning and co-ordinating design, drawings with the design team
- Activity Planning and Sequencing
- Resource Planning
- Developing Schedules
- Time Estimating
- Cost Estimating
- Developing a Budget
- Documentation
- Creating Charts and Schedules
- Risk Analysis
- Managing Risks and Issues
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress
- Team Leadership

Qualifications
- Proven working experience in project management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
