• Coordinate the plantain purchase , receipt and distribution process
• Carry out research on farm produce
• Monitor and document local ripening process at the warehouse
• Liaise with plantain farmers at Edo state and IITA in fostering a good working relationship
• Monitor the preservation and packaging of ripened and diced plantain
• Ensure plantain distributed across outlet meet up with specification
• Documentation of all research and processing materials.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years post NYSC experience in Food processing plant
• Work experience with any agric research institute will be a plus
• A science  graduate of food technology, Agriculture, botany
