Job Description

Join our fabulous team as a Recruiting and Operations Intern, working closely with our owner, leadership,, and recruiting teams to contribute to the overall success of our business and recruiting projects. Duration: Late January - May 2026

Pay: $16 per hour

Location: Must live in Wisconsin

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative support to leaders:

  • High-volume data entry into Excel spreadsheets, HubSpot, and ATS systems
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Marketing tasks such as email campaign creation and execution
  • Research vendors, suppliers, and companies
  • Transcription of meetings as needed
  • Document new business processes
  • Assist and support recruiters working on multiple clients:
  • Sourcing candidates for open positions
  • Call passive candidates to approach them with a new position. Persuade candidates to consider our open positions and compare them to their current positions.
  • Schedule and conduct time-sensitive phone interviews and document conversations
  • Post jobs in the ATS and on job boards

Marketing Projects

  • Maintain Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media accounts
  • Develop and launch email campaigns
  • Produce new marketing materials

Qualifications

· Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

· Available to work a minimum of 2 hours each weekday BETWEEN 8AM TO 5PM

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Must have accurate and fast typing skills to do high-volume data entry and transcription

· Comfortable on the phone interacting with candidates and recruiting teams

· Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook e-mail, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· Driven with a sense of urgency to meet our clients’ and team members’ needs

· Strong business etiquette and professional demeanor. Able to carry yourself in a mature and positive manner.

· Able to hold information confidential

· Able to multitask with a smile and work well under pressure

· Must be a Wisconsin resident

· Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
