Working in a growing department, you will be strengthening your FMCG/Retailer professionalism and building commercial strategies for department growth. We welcome you to leverage your business sense, creativity to work together to grow our revenue. Externally you will create a network with lots of clients and expose more to different category dynamics. Internally you will work with local and regional teams, have a fun and flexible working atmosphere to achieve goals. Longer term you are able to develop further within iA or other markets. Commercial Leadership

  • Responsible to drive revenue growth and achieve sales target, through sales pipeline generation

  • Identify the right Intelligent Analytics solutions and propose to relevant clients

  • Develop commercial plan on solutions’ localization & development, driving clients’ penetration, and sales tactics 

Professionalism in Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong network across a broad base of clients (retailers/manufacturers), with confidence & credibility to talk to a wide range of decision influencers

  • Continuously equip FMCG/Retailer knowledge, understand how trade and business needs are changing and how our solutions can help solve client business issues (esp. Trade Marketing, Price & Promotion strategy, Assortment & Pack roles)

Insights consultancy

  • Be a gatekeeper to enhance the project insights delivery, that’s why we need your experience from FMCG/Retailer and sense of data analytics

  • Coordinate with regional & local insights delivery team on project management



  • Strong business acumen to achieve sales target by proposing right solutions customized to different FMCG/Retailer clients’ needs

  • Passionate to develop company business and most importantly your own career growth

  • Creative but practical on new ideas and ways of working to achieve the same outcomes

  • 6+ years of working experience to demonstrate your maturity, and 4+ years in FMCG/Retailer industry (Trade or Sales, Marketing, Shopper, Research preferable)

  • Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English. Business usage of MS Office and Google

  • Love to work as a team for fun and challenge yourselves
