Reference Data Officer

ABOUT THIS JOB

Involved in data preparation to ensure timely submission of accurate reports with minimum supervision from senior staff

 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct coding and decoding assigned in accordance with the briefing procedures 

• Adhere to work schedules and submit reports within the operating schedule

• Make necessary preparation before data collection i.e. contact details, arrange documents, forms and incentives

• Adhere to instruction and attend all briefings/training organized by senior staff

• Ability to do training for junior on basic tasks/categories

• Identifies exceptions, understands the rules of multiple categories and complex categories

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate (Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science desired) or with at least 1-3 years working experience 

• Strong English writing and reading skills, fluent English speaking is preferred 

• Problem Solving/Decision Making: Surfaces function-specific issues and provides solution recommendations within the business operations.
