Job Description
About the job
To be responsible for the development of client business and for handling projects from the preparation of proposals to the client through to final tabulations and/or reports/ presentations.
Responsibilities
Fully responsible for managing a group of clients
Supervises all stages of project management and monitors the performance
Provides advice and consultation to clients and staff
Handles complicated client queries or complaints
Responsible for business development of current and new clients
Designs and plans research projects following client briefing and needs
Designs questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information
Co-operates the execution of projects, informs clients on progress, and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information
Presenting to C-suite executives
Responsible for the clients’ revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department
About you
An ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills and people management skills.
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
4 - 6 years experience in Marketing Research
Strong analytical mind
Very good knowledge of advanced analysis, methods, and tools
Excellent numerical skills
Good organizational skills, and strong people management skills
Very good interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Fluency in English
Computer Literate
Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis, and techniques
