Initiatives Project Management Officer

ABOUT THIS JOB 

Responsible for the provision & implementing assigned projects successfully.

Overseeing the end-to-end project management for all Operations projects. The associate must assume complete ownership of a project in the context of resourcing, quality, cost and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

End to end project management 
The role works in close collaboration with the Client Service and functional teams, responsible for the provision of all project management including:

• Plan, prepare, drive assigned projects

• Follow up closely with other stakeholders to make sure project progress is on track

• Manage project scope and changes from all stakeholders to mitigate impact to delivery timeline and quality.

• Maintain and update documentation pertaining to the project to ensure that project information is correct and complete

• Manage risks during project setup and execution

• Report project status to the manager periodically

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or related field 

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; Languages in English and Vietnamese

• Familiar with Gmail & Google applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive)

• Versatile in handling people of different personality types under all circumstances

• Has critical thinking & problem solving skills
