Operations Output Officer (Contract)

ABOUT THIS JOB

Output Operations is responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate data directly to clients. With a focus on connected growth, we work closely with business units/ stakeholders to continue to innovate and provide world-class solutions. This role will be responsible for classifying, collating and storing information of products in the market and ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution through the proper standard guideline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive requirement from client or client service to design the report
• Design the way to covert raw data into report
• Quality check raw data and reports before delivering
• Working with other teams, both local and regional, to make sure the project is running smoothly
• Perform routine work by strictly following the instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related fields

• Has at least a basic knowledge of Database design and SQL

• Excellent at logical thinking

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well individually as well as a team

• Be able to work under pressure and timeliness

• Has high level of responsibility, creativity and analysis 

• Candidate with knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel and Data Visualization will be highly considered

• Good command of English
