ABOUT THIS JOB
As an Insight Analyst you will be part of our Regional Centre of Excellence team based in Warsaw. Together with the team, you will be supporting one of our international Clients from the FMCG industry. You will be operating as part of a broader international community, using both analytical and commercial skills. You will be working towards a common goal of supporting the Client in achieving their strategic business objectives for the European market.
Answering client’s business questions by compiling, analyzing and interpreting sales data and/or consumer data.
Creating client reports and building category overview and business issue presentations.
Linking the insights drawn from data to formulate conclusions and give clear recommendations.
Keeping client’s satisfaction close to the heart & fostering the long term relationship (if necessary assisting in non analytical topics)
Cooperating with a broader analytical & operational team to provide or get help.
Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples, and implementing the approach in own work whenever possible.

Analytical and/or commercial experience in a client-facing role, preferably from the market research or FMCG industry.
Bachelor/Master degree of Marketing, Economics or related field
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building and formatting), PowerPoint
Ease with formulating conclusions & recommendations based on analytical research
Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)
Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting
Good time- and workload management skills
Affinity (or experience) in FMCG/retail industry
