Manage multiple searches with strong communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management.
Develop and execute effective search strategies using the right sourcing methods, tools, and recruiting techniques.
Assess candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit, and guide them through the hiring process.

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and how the function works across related teams.
Ability to solve complex problems, use sound judgment, and make decisions based on multiple sources of information.

Proven success recruiting across multiple levels, including leadership and individual contributor roles.
Experience recruiting for Global Strategic Account Management roles.
Strong stakeholder management and account management skills.
Strong search execution experience, including search strategy, recruiting techniques, market mapping, and sourcing tools.
