Job Description
Are you a visionary in the cybersecurity space with a passion for architecting bulletproof identity frameworks? We are seeking a Senior Identity Architect to join our team. In this role, you won't just be managing systems—you’ll be interpreting complex business challenges and designing the innovative solutions that protect our most critical assets.
As a recognized expert, you will lead the charge in safeguarding user credentials and permissions while evolving our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
System Stewardship: Monitor and optimize IAM systems to ensure the absolute integrity of user credentials and access rights.
Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex security problems using a broad, innovative perspective that goes beyond "standard" fixes.
Best Practices Advocate: Interpret internal and external business issues to recommend and implement industry-leading security practices.
Project Leadership: Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity, ensuring alignment with department objectives.
Collaborative Influence: Communicate high-level technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, successfully anticipating objections and building consensus for new security initiatives.
Qualifications
Cyber-Architecture Mastery: Specialized depth in cybersecurity architecture with a proven track record of designing resilient systems.
Identity Expertise: Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Familiarity with Okta is a significant advantage.
PAM Specialist: Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) protocols and tools.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and expert judgment to identify and mitigate risks.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
