Job Description
Develop scalable business intelligence tools and data assets that provide a reliable single source of truth for KPIs and related business measures
Conduct research and analysis that offer insights to non-technical audiences, and drive actions that impact quality, performance, operational effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure reliable production deliveries and provide timely response to end user feedback
Automate and optimize analytics solutions and processes
Design informational and operational support systems and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, production support and optimization efforts
Effectively document, share knowledge and assist in building skills for team members and individuals with whom the team supports

The Data Analyst II develops analytic solutions that provide transparency to and enables business decisions regarding panel health, operational performance, effectiveness and quality.
This role supports core analytics processes and delivers business critical reporting and analysis using descriptive and prescriptive analytics methods and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Data Science and Analytics or related fields. Additionally, the ideal candidate demonstrates a history of continual learning and exhibits excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
3+ years quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
3+ years experience using common scripting languages (e.g., Python)
3+ years experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL, Postgres)
3+ years experience in data integrations (e.g. developing data pipelines, analytics workflows, self service apps. Alteryx experience preferred
3+ years experience developing visualizations, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Spotfire, Salesforce (reports and dashboards)
Well-organized and able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Preferred: experience with Jira, Git, Confluence, Smartsheets, Google Suite
Preferred: Alteryx Core Certification
