Job Description

The Bilingual Contact Center Specialist is a Hybrid position responsible for consistently achieving phone recruitment, resolution, and installation targets. You'll utilize proven recruitment techniques to engage pre-determined households and persuade them to participate in Nielsen ratings across our various panels. This role requires a unique combination of skills and style, along with in-depth knowledge of Nielsen's operations.

This role is a Hybrid position with a requirement to work in the office and has flexibility for working from home. The majority of the time will be spent working in the office.


Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements:

• Recruit households for Nielsen ratings panels via phone
• Conduct interviews, gather data, and schedule installations
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Resolve objections and build rapport with households

Qualifications

This is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of in-office work at our Guadalajara location and remote work.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required, with sales experience a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Requires strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
