Rewards will work with the Global Total Rewards COE managing various TR initiatives in India
and APAC region.

Job Description

Analyze total rewards data and support C&ampB initiatives
● Lead benefits portfolio in India and APAC including managing existing programs and
introducing new programs/processes
● Lead wellness portfolio in India and APAC across all pillars of employee wellbeing
● Render support to global compensation projects such as annual compensation cycle, job
architecture, incentive payouts
● Take ownership of driving annual benefits processes including
○ Annual insurance renewals
○ Partnering with insurance brokers and TPA to address employee concerns
○ Improve and simplify processes
● Interface with HRBP teams to:
○ Drive C&B initiatives in the region
○ Conduct any onsite events requiring site-wide/region-wide participation
○ Partner on employee engagement initiatives in wellness space
○ Provide compensation/benefits analytics that may be helpful for the HRBPs to
support the businesses they support

● Accountability for local deployment & delivery of C&B processes, projects, and change
management programmes as determined at a corporate/ business/ functional level
● Ensures all C&B policies adhere to the utmost integrity and compliance in all regulatory
matters

Job Description
● Ensure market competitiveness of TR programs with benchmarking, annual market
reviews and survey submissions
● Conduct HR and manager training on TR topics
● Present and create analysis reports to leaders in the organization
● Responsible for solving complex problems within their discipline, leading smaller
projects, and providing informal guidance to colleagues
● Maintain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders in the HR model to enable
integrated TR Service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration
● Requires in-depth knowledge and experience across C&B
● 7-9 years of C&B experience for large and/or Multinational Companies
● Ability to work independently and receive minimal guidance
● Ability to partner with stakeholders across HR and Business
● Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational
situations, as well as handle multiple competing priorities
● Process-driven and methodical approach to implementing programs
● Solves complex problems, takes a new perspective using existing solutions
