Job Description
Lead strategic integrations and automations across client environments within the Nielsen Marketing Cloud (NMC), developing and maintaining advanced solutions. Design and enhance architecture for high-impact integrations, establishing best practices and providing optimization recommendations to clients and ecosystem partners. Collaborate with engineering teams to define, implement, and test new platform features, while conducting pre-release quality assurance. Work closely with product and client servicing teams to perform in-depth platform diagnostics, proactively addressing issues and elevating customer satisfaction. Manage multiple projects (3-5) concurrently, overseeing deliverables and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Conduct revenue impact assessments, advises on setup optimization, and develops comprehensive documentation and technical workshops on advanced NMC functionalities. Mentor junior engineers, champions best practices, and handles operational escalations, implementing structured resolution processes to efficiently resolve high-impact issues. Tools: SQL, API, Python, JavaScript, Bach, R Studio (language) Tableau, Google Analytics. MongoDB, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Postman, Gitlab.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant information technology-based field such as Information Science or Electronics Engineering or a related field (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) plus five (5) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in software development. Must have (5) years of experience with: Python, SQL, Queries, Shell scripting, regular expression pattern matching; internal product landscape, domain trends in ad technology and mar-tech, digital publisher, or digital agency environment, Linux/Unix Servers, AWS or GCP, as a means of developing information technology solutions; SupersetKibana, JIRA,Confluence, Raindrop GIT/Github, AWS CLI, REST, Microsoft Azure, Postman, Gitlab. May work from home from any location in the U.S. or from any The Nielsen Company office in the U.S. Salary: $152,859-$245,000/year, M-F, 40 hours a week.
