Overview
Motion is seeking a talented Digital Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. If you're passionate about all digital media disciplines (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Native Advertising, Sponsored Content, etc.) and have experience implementing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns as well as navigating this ever-evolving world of trends, tracking, and new tools, we have a role for you.
The ideal candidate is a highly entrepreneurial creative problem solver with an analytical mindset and at least two years of digital paid media execution and reporting experience. This role supports a diverse range of in-demand offerings across B2B and B2C clients. This position will report to the EVP, Head of Digital Content & Integrated Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital media programs such as paid social, paid search, programmatic, and native advertising in alignment with client objectives and goals.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for paid digital media programs to continuously meet client and agency goals.
- Perform detailed campaign set-up tasks and reporting for digital media programs.
- Offer strategic insights when measuring and analyzing the effectiveness and ROI of all paid digital media activities.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting based on campaign flight schedules.
- Oversee and nurture relationships with digital partners and clients.
- Guide creative and other colleagues or clients on the specs and versioning of effective ad copy, content, and other collateral or required assets.
- Be responsible for helping to establish goals/targets for team per client and projects with the assistance from the larger digital team.
- Stay current on changes and best practices in paid digital media.
- Continually look for ways to increase efficiency for clients and our internal Motion efforts.
- Ability to work across multiple client accounts and internal teams, with both senior leadership and junior-level staff on project work.
- Ability to manage financial data and budgets for clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, integrated communications or a related field of study.
- 2 years of digital paid media strategy, implementation, management, and reporting experience
- Experience planning and managing campaigns within the Google Ads platform and navigating Google Analytics or a related platform for execution and detailed reporting and campaign insights. (e.g. Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping, App). A GA4 certification and/or Google AdWords certification are a plus.
- Familiarity with demand-side marketing and relevant platforms (i.e. programmatic, display, connected TV, etc.)
- Understanding and experience implementing best practices for SEO strategy and paid search campaigns.
- Relevant, results-driven experience in the set-up and management of digital campaigns, in particular Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet formulas and data manipulation tools to conduct work efficiently and automate reporting tasks.
