1. Develop and execute engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities in line with the EYFS framework

2. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where children feel comfortable to explore, play, and learn.

3. Observe, assess, and track children's progress and development, identifying strengths and areas for improvement

4. Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing updates on children's progress and involving them in their child's learning journey.

5. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in early childhood education and stay abreast of current best practices and research.

6. Keep accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any significant incidents or observations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• An appropriate academic and professional education qualification from a recognised tertiary institution
• Relevant experience in the 3-6 years age group. 
• Current SACE registration
