Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the ED’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the ED
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Track action points and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
  • Support in planning and executing events, meetings, and special projects
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation when required
  • Act as the first point of contact between the ED and stakeholders
  • Draft professional emails, memos, and official communication
  • Liaise with staff, parents.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools
