Job Description

Intermediate Technical Skills: Enhanced proficiency in optometric tasks, including accurate lensometry and pretesting.
Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex information to patients clearly and empathetically.
Sales and Customer Engagement: Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling and customer retention.
Inventory Management: Competence in managing stock levels and understanding product range. Conducting monthly audits.
Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of patient care and service delivery.
Key Deliverables:
Effectively manage inventory
Ensuring optimal stock levels of frames.
Conduct pretesting and patient tech work with less than 5% error rate.
Maintain or improve the rate of five-star Google reviews.
KPIs:
Capture Rate: 45%
Multi-Pair Sales: 10%
FYS on Contacts: 65%
Customer Satisfaction Rating: 85%
5 star Google Reviews : 3 per week
Qualifications
Continued Education:
Courses: Advanced Optics, Inventory Management, Intermediate Sales Techniques.
Workshops/Seminars: Bi-monthly external seminars on opticianry trends and innovations.
Certification: Encourage completion of ABO certification if not already obtained; Introduction to NCLE (National Contact Lens Examiners) certification.
Additional Information
Hourly Rate:
Approximately $19.50 - $23
Incentives:
$500 performance bonus
One additional paid time off day.
Reimbursement of ABO certification/NCLE certification
