Classic Vision Care is a private group practice looking to expand private practice optometry. 

Deliverables:  

• Fundus Capture Rate above 85%

• New tech training success rate above 90%

• Scribe for doctor during exam with accuracy 95% or above.

Continuing Education: 

• Advanced experiential learning, optionally augmented by specialized coursework

• Studying for CPOT certification and/or NCLE Advanced certification. 

Tenure Prerequisites: 

• 6-month minimum occupancy at Level 2

KPIs: 

• New tech training success rate above 90%.

• Fundus Capture Rate above 85%

• Scribe for doctor during exam with accuracy 95% or above.

Compensation Band: 

• $18 - $22+

Incentive Structure: 

• $500 performance bonus 

• Eligibility for an in-house mentorship program.

Core Competencies:

• Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment procedures

• Tutelage of junior technicians.

• Pharmaceutical ocular administration

• Begin learning to conduct basic refractions

• Comprehensive understanding of diverse ophthalmic disorders and pathological conditions.

• Understanding all optical terminology and ability to notate patient charts
