Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Housekeeping Supervisor. Key duties connected with this role are as follows:
- To inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, turn-down (as assigned) to ensure that the standards are being achieved
- Check the standards of the rooms and public areas
- Ensure sufficient supplies and equipment available to your colleagues to enable them to carry out their job
- Supervising Room Attendants and Floor Porters in your charge and making sure they have everything they need and that they are looked after
- Take care of any lost property
- Manage cleaning schedules to ensure consistent high levels of cleanliness are adhered to
- Assist with stock takes and control of inventories
- Monitor consumption of cleaning products and amenities to control wastage.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:

- Previous experience of supervising people is essential
