The Just Group are a specialist Recruitment Consultancy operating across the Construction industry. The business is made of 5 ‘Just’ brands who work in niche sub-sectors within Construction. The business has grown from strength to strength over the 7 years it has been operating and we are now looking to add a Marketing Executive to come on board to work alongside the management team to help drive the brand forward. This role comes with a level of autonomy as we want someone to truly own this opportunity.

The role of the Marketing Executive:

• To create engaging content for the company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused
• Create weekly engaging newsletters for the brand
• Carry out Market Research
• Assisting with the design, production and distribution of all promotional materials relating to the portfolio
• Maintain and update the company website
• Track effectiveness of campaigns, (engagement, sales, exposure)
• Create promotions, brochures, marketing material and execute various marking activities, including desk drops for clients and candidates to promote brand awareness
• Proof reading of all marketing material
• Management of all social media accounts, responding to any communications or enquiries
• Liaise with Team Leaders to further promote the specialist brands within their respective markets
• Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including the website, social media, emails and brochures
• Coming up with ideas of how we can further engage with our audience
• Review and management of analytics for the website and social media as well as measuring ROI on all marketing activity by producing reports for the management team

Skills required

• You will ideally be educated in a marketing discipline at degree level
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A creative confident thinker
• Strong commercial awareness
• IT Skills - experience in Adobe packages, CMS
• Good team working skills
• Adaptable, used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
