Job Description
The IQ Business Group (IQBG) is currently recruiting for a Business/Technical Analyst in Texas to be able to support Texas-based clients. If you have experience with eliciting business requirements, envisioning automating business processes solutions, and hands-on technical delivery, please keep reading!
We are looking for a person that can wear a few hats depending on the engagement. We are looking for candidates with records management experience, especially in the federal space. Your technical background will be leveraged.
Qualifications
What the Business/Technical Analyst will do - Job Description:
• At least 3 years working in the federal records management space
• Analyze business requirements
• Understand the problem domain and envision automation to realize the objectives
• Document business requirements through visualizations such as wire-frames and business process diagrams
• Understand and create workflow diagrams (swim-lanes)
• Define a project’s technical solutions/options using cutting edge technology. Design a positive user experience
• Learn core ECM tools we leverage in the marketplace (OpenText, M-Files, MS SharePoint Online)
• Knowledge of (preferred) or aptitude to learn complementary tools we use to supplement the core. Eventually become an Expert at one or more of these. (OT Content Suite / Extended ECM, M365, M-Files, AvePoint)
• Evaluate all development options and use creativity and independent thought to improve the user experience
• Document and present solutions/options to client
• Support clients/end-users
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or other relevant area
• Texas-based with preference for candidates who live within the Houston or Austin markets
• Some programming experience is nice, but not required
• The confidence and communication skills to interface directly with clients
