The IQ Business Group (IQBG) is currently seeking a Business Analyst to support our  Washington, DC offices. The Business Analyst works with the EIM Solutions Team. The primary responsibility of the EIM Solutions Team is assisting clients define problems, while collaborating with IQBG team members to design, develop, and deliver solutions.

The Business Analyst is multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on numerous responsibilities, and will necessitate the ability to interact closely with our clients’ senior business and technology managers. The Business Analyst position requires strong business and information analysis skills, and excellent communication. The Business Analyst will be a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

As part of the EIM Solutions Team, you will:

• Assist in developing requirements and solutions to support ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
• Assisting with documentation across life cycle, and participating in UAT
• Develop skills through comprehension and learning of current projects
• Support the IQ Service Bureau to track customer issues
• Assist in the maintenance and delivery of software updates, including deployment of patches

• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
• Experience with OpenText and/or Microsoft 365
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Major in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, hands-on computer technologist who is willing to learn quickly and can tackle projects independently as well as with a team
• Ability to work in an agile environment with rapid requirements development
• Must have strong technical, software application and problem solving skills.
• Must have strong communication and organization skills.
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
