A top Food Processing and Packaging brand is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its food processing and packaging company. 

As the Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand’s products, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of its business. 

Responsibilities

*Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure

* Promote and Sell companies product to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

* Gather customers feedback, complains and resolve issues appropriately 

*Reach out to prospective customers through calls, door-to-door outreaches, social media and other possible sales channels and  introduce the products. 

* Educate clients about the brand’s products, highlighting their health

* Provide product samples to showcase how the product meets customer satisfaction.

* Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

*Ability to communicate in the local dialect that appeals to a section of the target market is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in the same role is preferred
• Minimum of SSCE

• The ability to converse in Yoruba is very important.
