Our events centre around lifestyle, wellness, business and learning.

Job Description

We are looking for an Events Executive who will become an extension of our Marketing and events team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Events & Partnership the Events Executive will support the events department in organisation and execution of events. You are a team player with a knack at events & human coordination.

What will you do

Events Management

  • Primary contact for event leads for their home location
  • Coordinate & manage event logistics (both physical and online events)
  • Manage and work on event related administrative duties & documentation
  • Research & source for partners and event suppliers for TGR events
  • Manage monthly community events
  • Manage events F&B inventory for their home location
  • On-site event management across all locations (when required by fellow Events team)
  • Assist in managing the events inventory & equipment (if any)

Events Revenue KPI

  • Generate revenue in order to achieve monthly sales target
  • Facilitate sales & upsell events to existing members
  • Build continuous pipeline for events leads in upcoming months
  • Assist in managing various booking channels & customer enquiries

Events Payments

  • Invoice & member payments Management
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Bad debt collection for events

Marketing Efforts

  • Provide marketing support for lead generating events
  • Assist in brochure/marketing collaterals design including the preparation of event related documents & materials
  • Support all marketing initiatives across content creation, members engagement and brand building

Who you are

  • Proven track record in event organisation and delivery
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Have the personal attributes to interact confidently with vendors, speakers and cross company teams at all different levels of seniority
  • Ability to meet tight timelines and targets
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
