Pay Range: $19 – $23/hour
Location: Wausau/Merrill, WI
Full-Time | On-Call Required (Including Weekends)

What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing hot beverage, dishmachine, and chemical dispensing equipment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring top-tier service for our customers.
Your day-to-day might include:
Performing installations, repairs, removals, and maintenance of beverage and warewash equipment
Responding to emergency service calls and conducting scheduled preventative maintenance
Keeping accurate records for service, maintenance, and inventory
Providing professional, friendly service to customers and partners
What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Basic electrical and plumbing skills
Computer literacy
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly
Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
Must be 18 years or older
Working Conditions
Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
Smoke-free, fast-paced environments
Frequent standing, kneeling, lifting, and driving for extended periods
