Job Description

The Bright Light Group is currently hiring for full-time, entry-level positions! We are looking primarily for candidates with a Customer Service, Sales, or Retail background. Our top candidates will be outgoing, personable, and looking for career growth and development!

At Bright Light, we specialize in Customer Acquisition & Retention, as well as Market Expansion and Analysis. We excel at direct community interaction through face-to-face customer service and brand promotion. We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach client goals as well as our own company goals. With our hands-on, expert training, we prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a professional and pleasant experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include:
