The Better BPO is a product of challenging the traditional management of the business process outsourcing industry in the Philippines. It is made up of an inspiring team of industry mentors, IT professionals and educators. The company was conceived as there is a huge gap on how up and coming talents are being reared to become global-ready with their skills and thinking. Our social impact programs are designed to help employees and their communities in the Philippines. If there is a better way to do a better BPO, we are on it.

Our goal is to make an impact in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in the Philippines. We are driven by our social mission and responsibility to give back to the community while raising the standards of BPO management in the country to truly reflect a world-standard business acumen that has brought our team together.

1. We need someone to build WordPress websites from the ground up. You’ve done this a number of times, in a span of years.

2. You can bend WordPress themes to your will, or the client’s. You know how to work different themes with various integrations and you can put them together into one beautiful and efficient website.

3. Practical knowledge and application of Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS and PHP. You don’t need to be an expert in these languages but you know what’s needed in establishing smooth running websites.

4. Strong full stack web development understanding. You will be working with both front and back end staff and will do some ad-hoc work in between, so your understanding of how things work on both sides of development is essential.

5. You will also have a key role in deploying websites so your experience of cPanels, FTPs, DNS and domain account management has prepared you for this role.

6. Establish integrations with other web platforms for both service and e-commerce websites. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

7. You have worked with organizational systems such as Trello, G-suite, Microsoft and other productivity apps.

1. You know what to do with all things Wordpress. And if you don’t, you will find a way to be knowledgeable.

2. You know the language. We’re not only talking about website language, but your experience working with global companies means that you understand the English language quickly and communicate your thoughts clearly in both written and verbal conversations.

3. You are proactive and full of initiative. You know what to do next and you ask and raise important points for each project.

4. You can stand on your own and deliver projects with minimal supervision. We don’t need to hold your hand but you carry the load with us all the way to the finish line.

5. You are organised. You work off lists, prioritisation of deliverables and always meeting deadlines.

6. You are honest. You tell us your challenges and we work toward resolving it. You also recommend better ways of doing things.
